I foretold this feeling a while ago, the intermittent blind panic, the I'm-so-nervous-that-I'm-nauseous, I-can't-believe-there-are-only-days-left feeling. But the panic really is intermittent. For the most part, my biggest worries are making sure I get packed while KT's in town, getting a good haircut, exchanging my money and making sure I get in a good visit with Leah in Tokyo.
So, with 3 days to prepare including today, I'm feeling pretty good. It's mostly just hard to believe that I'm starting a new job in a new country in less than a week.
